Located in North Jakarta, McDonald’s Kelapa sits in the main road of North Jakarta, surrounded by commercial area. The building aims to become attractive with unique shape and materials, while still embracing McDonald’s identity itself in a new way. Therefore, some strategies for responding the context and enhancing the brand guideline are implemented in design to achieve three goals of this new branch: Local Uniqueness, Greener, and Standardized.
