‘Interchange’ is such a strong keyword, as found in metro or freight rail, where an exchange of things happened. In this upcoming one-stop lifestyle center, the space aims to allow people – focusing on tourists and creative workers – to have an exchange in between the ideas, as well as the market. Celebrating the creative environment with best of locals, the space hopefully will give birth to creative products and creative generations.

To create a dramatic atmosphere, a simple intervention through modern volumetric and thin geometric elements will highlight the rustic characteristics of the existing building.
